All sales of products including Merch, Artworks and Digital Products are final. 

We only accept returns when a product shows factory defects or if you were sent a color/size different from what you ordered, for a refund or in exchange for the correct item depending on availability. Item must be sent back in original, unworn condition. Packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. 

Artworks are Original, Merch is custom-made to order. 

 

SHIPPING
phlwest ships worldwide. To find out the cost of shipping, add the items you want into your cart and proceed to checkout until you’ve selected your shipping method. The cost of shipping will update with your order total before you need to enter your payment method information. Orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship after purchase. Tracking number will be sent to your email address on the day of your order being shipped. We ask that you make sure to fill in the correct shipping address before confirming your order. Each order comes with stickers. If there is an issue with your order, email us with your order number and details at help@phlwest.com.
